Return & Refund Policy for Ark Laboratories (Pvt) Ltd

1. Return Window We offer a 10-day return policy. You have 10-days after receiving your item to request a return. If 10-days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligible Items for Return Due to strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations regarding dietary supplements, alternative medicines, and medicated skincare, we only accept returns for items that are unused, completely sealed, and in their original packaging.

Opened bottles, broken seals, or partially used soaps/sprays cannot be returned under any circumstances.

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a replacement.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item to our facility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Company Responsibility: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), Ark Laboratories will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected by our facility, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the seal. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via bank transfer within 3-5 business days.
